Loved The Shared Dog. A story of sisters getting a dog suddenly becomes a family journey through enjoyed life together. The bittersweet sneaks up on you in a true to life way.
It's hard to believe this is Kathy's first book. It's so well done, and the illustrations are beautiful. I love this story, as it strongly brings back the emotions I've had through the years of bringing a new dog (and cat) into our family, and then experiencing the circle of life with them. Congratulations to Kathy and her team...I'm looking forward to seeing what they have next for us!
This is a great book telling the story of Brandy and family. I loved giving her cookies on her morning walks. She will always have a spot in our hearts. I think this book will be loved by anyone who has a dog and loves them like family. It did bring a tear or two remembering the love she had for everyone! The illustrations were fantastic and story line was fantastic. Thumbs up.
Three-year olds have already begun trying to figure out the reasons for everything. If we live to 100, we will still be doing this. Our stories have something for the head and heart of any age.

Small children would rather play with the stuff in your kitchen cupboard than a toy. Ours are the “pots and pans” stories of living.
